Order Barcodes for Confirmation Service
To use our Confirmation Service, you need to mark your samples with our preprinted barcodes.
- The form below will be processed by our sales department.
- The barcodes will be sent to the address you enter below.
- With these barcodes/stickers, you may register one or multiple samples for the myXDG Confirmation Services.
- An order confirmation and invoice will be provided by our sales department according to your registered payment information.
How to use the XDG Confirmation Service:
To accomplish the steps below, you need to be a XDG Customer and already have received our preprinted stickers (go to Order Stickers).
1.
If necessary: Mark the colony clearly with a marker on the bottom of the plate.
2.
Just label a sample with a preprinted sticker.
3.
Register your sample online.
4.
Send it to our laboratory (Tritium Microbiologie B.V., Park Forum 1124, 5657 HK Eindhoven, The Netherlands).
5.
And receive the analysis result by eMail.
